		<description>This is one of the posts Jack Humphrey used to demo his TrackBoost software.  Interesting choice since all the comments are nofollow.  You&#039;ll have to lookup nofollow, (one word), if you haven&#039;t the foggiest what I&#039;m writing of.

I checked all the blogs he posted to in his demo and they are ALL nofollowed, (or they don&#039;t accept comments or trackbacks at all).  The list is on a blog I wrote, just follow the link.</description>
